Our First Annual Celebration of Excellence and Leadership Event

We are delighted to share that our first annual Celebration of Excellence and Leadership Event in Chicago, IL on June 14th, 2019 was a great success! It was wonderful to meet and honor our International Service Excellence Award recipients and CCSM grads in person.

Awardees and companies present at the event included Merrill, FIS – Integrated Financial Solutions, Diversey Inc., Manulife, Mother Parker’s Tea and Coffee, Rotary International, and National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.

 

 

The event began with our red-carpet cocktail reception the evening of June 13th where our ISEA awardees and CCSM Grads and CSIA members  were afforded the opportunity mingle and get to know one another. 

Additionally, our ISEA award winners and CCSM graduates were interviewed by our CEO, Christine Churchill, on the red carpet!

The next day our award winners presented a bit about their organization and their award win during the Award Winner showcase. This proved to be an invaluable and informative piece of the event that left our attendees with much to consider and excited to get back to the office to share what they had learned. We also enjoyed presentations by our guest speakers John Casey, Founder and President of Shamrock Consultants, and Steve Beck – CSP, Motivator, Instructor and Consultant. Our CEO, Christine Churchill, talked about the Cost of Bad Service and identifying your customers’ “Jobs to be Done” for organizations to consider as they continue their service excellence journey.
